How does this work?

I coach nutrition using the Three Pillars Method ®. Everyone starts at the same place- even if their goals are different! We work through the pillars to establish healthy habits, focusing on adding in the right foods and improving the quality of over all diet. Whether you want fat loss, muscle gain, improved performance, or just to feel better, we can work together to reach your goals!

Pillar 1: The #800gChallenge®

We start improving the quality of your diet by adding in 800g of fruits and vegetables by weight. No restrictions!

Pillar 2: Lazy Macros ®

We continue with good quality and start adding in sufficient protein. Still no restrictions!

Pillar 3: Total Calories.

You may desire more exacting results than the previous two pillars provided. In this pillar, we figure out how many calories are needed to get you where you want to be.
